What does it mean to be "healthy"?

Why is this such a hot topic in almost every magazine, talk show or radio station? The truth is this, we all now about the importance of being healthy, but yet most of us fail completely to live a healthy lifestyle.
In this blog we will look at a great variety of tips, talks and myths. Find out what are the things that will help you as a individual and how to be positive and motivated about it. Get rid of all the old wives "recipes", expensive training equipment that doesn't show any results and a few mental blocks in the process.

And no I am not talking about going on a permanent diet, exercising 2 hours a day or any of that. My personal philosophy have always been that basic principles can help you to live a healthy lifestyle physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is the little things that make every day great. Feeling healthy, happy and ready to take on the world is just a decision away.
